Oldies But Goodies Reminder!

Tomorrow, Friday, is the day I draw our first winner in the Oldies But Goodies Giveaway. I am super pumped! How about you?  I have some extra goodies to put in the prize packs like:

To do that, head over to the KBDS Facebook page & look for the Giveaway tab. There are only 2 required hoops to jump through to enter. Tweet about the giveaway & Like K. Batty on Facebook.

Now! How to do that...there is a Tweet button in the widget. Click that. I have a pre-written tweet that you can send out. Then, after you send the tweet, click on the time stamp under your tweet. That takes you to a new screen that has a special URL at the top. Copy & paste that URL into the Rafflecopter widget. Easy peasy!

Make sure we keep up on Facebook in 3 steps

Do you "like" me? Well...clearly if you're reading this blog you like me, but do you "like me" on Facebook? Do you get K. Batty Design & Stationery updates in your feed? Here's how to make sure that you do!

1. Go to my page.

2. Underneath my cover photo, on the right, next to the button that says Liked with a check mark, there's a cog/wheel/settings drop down menu. (you can see what I'm talking about in my top picture on this post) Click that.

3. Add me to your Interests Lists. It should be the top choice.

If you & I do not yet have the pleasure of connecting via Facebook, you can follow the steps above, plus click "like" on the page. Allow me to give you a few pieces of motivation to click that button! I regularly post product updates, blog posts, market information, sales and thoughts of stationery & life. Like this:

So many blogs...

Each day it feels like I discover a new blog, making my list of book marked blogs in my "blog" folder longer & longer all the time. Here's what I discovered this week:

Ramshackle Glam - Usually I'm not big into fashion blogs. Not sure why...I think I find them intimidating. This one though, I could get into. If I have a bigger closet...

Lulu the Baker - this is one delicious looking blog. Plus, I love reading about her & her husband's adventures in farming. I want bees too!

Pixology - helping women in design. I'm new to all these blogs, but not new to the idea that women of all kinds & backgrounds should stick together. So far I'm feelin' the love.

The Brick House - home tours, DIY & she just launched a line of home goods called CAMP.

Inside & Out by Potter Barn - What?! They have a blog? It's full of all the cool things you'd imagine. Or maybe more than you'd imagine if you're like me & have kind of been over PB for a while. What caught my eye was their Valentines' Day card post. Great taste!

Where did I find these? All over! Mostly from other people posting about them on Facebook or Twitter. Oh! Or Pinterest. I found loads of craft or DIY blogs from searching pins. Or, sometimes you never know what's going to pop up in a Google search.

Putting this list together reminds me that I need to update my blog roll over in the right rail. Put some new faves in there! What are you reading these days? Do share!
