I love these!!! In college I had huge vintage travel posters like this one hanging in my living room. There are so many old ads like this...so many styles & sizes, so many products...you could have them anywhere. My husband had one that we have hanging with other pieces of vintage art in our spare bedroom...aka my office. These are some of my faves:

Check out the Vintage Ad Browser for more. Some are for sale!! Others not :( Links to "buy" take you here, to Global Gallery. Go to Collections to see Vintage Advertisements. But I have had success finding them all over the place.
Anyone know a good site for vintage maps? Mr. B & I are looking for one of Brooklyn.

Those posters are wonderful. I love vintage art. Thank you so much for visiting me and for your kind words. I'm so glad you introduced yourself. It's very nice to meet you.
We actually have some of these pictures in puzzle form. We threw around the idea of glueing them to posterboard and having them framed for the wall.
I've always admired them and love the simplcity. They communicate some sexiness about the products that are nicely seductive.
Love the blog! I found a fantastic vintage map of Long Island on Ebay...it had been hanging in a Parks Department building since the 50's and now it's on my wall.
