Hey! Remember me? I write this blog. Well, when I can. Obviously. Also obvious is that I haven't been able to write much here recently. Guess why?? 'Cause I have been BUSY. It's been great!!
Let's start with something I did way back at the beginning of the summer & haven't had time to share. This was the kick off to my busy season...bridal shower invitations & coordinating gift tags.
My cousin, Kate, who I did previously discussed note cards for, came back with another project: shower invites for a party she was throwing for her BFF. The bride, Rachel, very fashion oriented, has worked for fashion brands & had picked some great dresses for her bridesmaids that we used as inspiration.
Et voila! Here are the finished invites! A 5x7 card on white 110lb matte paper, mailed in a colored envelope in Pink Lemonade. The flowers are a mix of pinks & oranges. Love the color palette. So fresh for summer!
Part of Kate's party plan was to give pink jelly beans as favors & asked for my help with those. We kept it simple with clear cellophane bags & these 1 inch tags with orange ribbon to close the bags. Sadly, I don't have pictures of the favors. Sometimes those things just fall through the cracks...
These were a big hit (more on how big in a later post) & I'm so glad! I could not be more flattered that Kate would come back to me for another project. Thanks, hun!!
