Here's hoping that everyone's Christmas & New Year holidays were as relaxing & lovely as ours.

Mr. B & I try to alternate Thanksgiving & Christmas between his family & mine. This year, after spending a great Thanksgiving with his fam, it was time to trek down south to see my folks in North Carolina for Christmas. It was tough to come back to Brooklyn. We seriously put off our departure by a day or 2 & split up the trip coming home by stopping in Richmond to see my mom. We love the mild weather & time we get to spend out doors when we're there. (sigh...)
